Construction of five floors (including Basement) 350 mm thick RCC Flat Roof slab factory approx 17000 Sqm, with large spans and with clear Head Space of 6.5 meters between slabs. Completed in 1998. a) Chemical reprocessing factory with very heavy machine & vessel foundations and the like with special flooring of Epoxy Resins/ Acid Proof covering for heavy duty industrial floor for Platinum & manufacturing of other components with precious metal. b) Furnace shop building and effluent treatment tanks for treating chemical wastes along with Underground and Overhead water storage reservoirs.

Civil and Structural Work for the construction of Tarpaulin Plant Factory for Dempo Group of Goa. Total Covered Area of 16000 M2 on MIDC, Taloja, New Mumbai during 1994-95.
